The Site provides general information about our mortgage brokerage services, including loan program descriptions, payment estimators, educational content, and a mechanism to begin a mortgage application. We are a licensed mortgage broker and do not directly lend funds. We submit loan applications to wholesale lender partners who make final lending decisions.

No Lending Commitment

Nothing on the Site constitutes a commitment to lend or an offer of a specific loan, interest rate, or set of terms. Loan availability, pricing, and terms are subject to credit approval, property approval, lender underwriting standards, and prevailing market conditions. Rate examples, payment calculators, and program descriptions are for general illustration only and are not personalized offers or quotes.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to submit a mortgage application through the Site. By submitting any application or inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any loan inquiry or application.
